a. Why is the computer a powerful tool?

Ans: A computer is a powerful tool because it is able to perform input, process, output, and storage with a very high speed in a few seconds. It is also more reliable and accurate. 

b. What is the basic working principle of the computer?

Ans: The basic working principle of the computer is Input, Process, Output, and Storage.

c. Name the computer on the basis of brand.

Ans: The types of computers on the basics of the brand are as below:

i. International Business Machine (IBM) Personal Computer

ii. International Business Machine (IBM) Compatible Computer

iii. Apple/Machintosh Computer.

d. Write any four limitations of using the computer.

Ans: Any four limitations of using the computer are:

i) It does not have self-thinking power.

ii) It cannot be used in dusty and rough environments.

iii) It is an expensive device, so it is not affordable for all.

iv) Skilled manpower is required to work with the computer.

e. Write any three differences between IBM PC and IBM Compatible.

j. Define the term: Versatile and accuracy.

The term versatile in computer refers to the ability of a computer to perform a variety of tasks. A versatile computer is one that is able to perform a wide range of tasks, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet browsing.
