Presentation Software  (Ms-Power Point)
Answer the following questions:
a. What is presentation package? Write two presentation software.
Ans: A special type of software that is used to prepare presentation in the computer is called the presentation software. Example: Ms-PowerPoint, Power Dot, Apple Keynote etc
b. What is Microsoft PowerPoint? What are its different versions.
Ans: Microsoft PowerPoint is one of the most popular presentation software developed by Microsoft Corporation USA. The different versions of Ms-PowerPoint are PowerPoint 2002, PowerPoint 2003, PowerPoint 2007, PowerPoint 2010, PowerPoint 2013, PowerPoint 2016
c. Write any four features of PowerPoint.
Ans: Four features of PowerPoint are as follows:
i) It is easy to use and understand.
ii) It allows to design, modify and print any type of presentation.
iii) It allows to import document, picture, image etc from other application.
iv) It supports sound, animation, multimedia etc.
d. What is the difference between slide and presentation.

 A slide in presentation is a single page with some information.
  A presentation is a sequential collection of different slides. 
A slide may contain text, picture, graphics, sound, animation and videos.  
 A presentation may contain many slide with relevant information.
It is also called slide show.

e. What is slide and animation in presentation?
Ans: Each page of presentation is called slide it may be text, image, video or animation. In PowerPoint, animations can be applied to text boxes, bullet points, and images so they move on the slide during a slide show.
f. What is Place holder? How can you change its size?
Ans: In the new slide, some dotted text boxes will appear that are called Placeholders in which you can add text, pictures and charts.
To change the size of placeholder you have to select the placeholder and place the mouse pointer at one corners of  the box. Then the mouse pointer changes to two headed arrow. Then drag it to the required side.
